Gives the background to this bye-election fought between Colonel Egerton Leigh (Conservative) and George Latham (Liberal), but mainly lists the voters in Lymm polling district. This consisted of the townships of Lymm, Agden, High Legh, Millington, Thelwall and Warburton. For each there are separate A-Z lists of £50 and £12 qualifiers, giving general address and nature of the qualifications.
